OneCo — Hire a team of AI agents to run your business
OneCo is the operating system for a one-person company. You hire AI
employees with any name and any role, give them tools, set a budget,
and they ship real work — while you stay in the loop with approval
gates before any external write.
What an AI employee is
An AI employee is an autonomous agent with a role, a model provider,
a tool scope and a budget, rather than a single chat completion. It
is assigned a business outcome and works toward it across multiple
sessions, accumulating context rather than being re-prompted each
time.
Three-layer execution
- Executive employees plan, delegate and set approval gates.
- Reasoning employees do the work: research, analysis, drafting, review.
- Memory employees persist state and feed it back to the rest of the team.
Execution runs Executive, then Reasoning (in parallel), then Memory.
Human approval gates
No external write happens without explicit human approval. A run
produces a recommendation, parks at a review state, and a person
approves or rejects it. Both the decision and the rejecting
justification are recorded and retained in the audit log.
Integrations
Five first-party MCP servers (Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Stripe,
Supabase), a managed Composio gateway exposing more than a thousand
toolkits, and support for custom MCP servers. Employees run in
Docker-isolated sandboxes.
Data and cost
Data lives in your own Supabase project. Secrets are AES-256-GCM
encrypted in the vault. Bring your own model keys (BYOK) means your
employees run on your provider account and OneCo never marks up the
inference bill. Every employee carries a per-employee USD budget cap.
